The Pro Hockey Academy invites you to take part in its half-day of activities!
Come enjoy a day filled with activities with our coaches who will accompany your children throughout the event. Participants will benefit from two 60-minute sessions on the ice, including PowerSkating, PowerShooting, and PowerSkills, followed by a game in the afternoon. Divided into two groups, one group will take turns performing skating drills, while the other will take the time to do shooting drills. Afterward, the children will be invited to visit our Indoor Hockey Center for a video session and off-ice training on our synthetic surface, typically focusing on shooting, individual skills, and a quick PowerCardio session.
With their experience and expertise, our certified coaches will guide you in perfecting your shot and skating stroke with the help of new techniques adapted to today's hockey world in order to stay one step ahead throughout the season with their respective teams.
