The Pro Hockey Academy invites you to take part in its half-day of activities!
Come and enjoy a day full of activities with our coaches who will accompany your children throughout the event. On the program, participants will benefit from 2 60-minute sessions on the ice with PowerSkating, PowerShooting and PowerSkills on the menu and a game in the afternoon. Divided into 2 groups, in turn, one group will perform skating exercises, while the other will take the time to do throwing exercises. Afterwards, the children will be invited to visit our Indoor Hockey Center for a video session and an off-ice workout on our synthetic surface, typically, we work on throws, individual techniques and a quick PowerCardio session.
With their experience and expertise, our certified coaches will be able to guide you in perfecting your shot and your skating stroke with the help of new recent techniques adapted to today's hockey world in order to stay one step ahead throughout the season with their respective teams.
