Summer Training 2025 - Powerskating
This summer, the AHDP will be working with smaller groups on the ice. To maximize rehearsals and corrections, we will be offering semi-private group packages. Each group will have a maximum of 10 to 12 players at a time. The AHDP will place you in one of our elite groups based on your age and skill level.
In addition, a match will be offered to you every Friday to keep your skills and timing sharp for your next season.
To complete the program, the AHDP is adding 1 training session on synthetic ice at its new Hockey Experience Center.
The Academy focuses on individual technical development such as puck handling, control and protection, various skating techniques, shooting and passing techniques as well as specific drills for defensemen and forwards that are found in game situations.
