Summer Camp 2025 - Goaltenders

The Pro Hockey Academy invites you to take part in one or more of their 10 weeks of camps this summer!

The AHDP offers you exercises specific to your position that will provide you with complete summer preparation in order to improve your technique, your skills and learn to recognize tactical situations.

The week begins with basic positioning exercises as well as several standing movements (shuffle, T push, C cut, etc.). We continue with technical exercises on the ground (butterfly descent, butterfly slide, power push). To finish, we add several match situations (walk in, pass out, rush, veiled shots, etc.) in order to put into practice all these techniques learned during the camp.

This program is comprehensive and specific to goalkeepers wishing to improve and obtain significant results in a positive environment.

General information

• Days start between 8am and 9am and end no later than 5pm (times may vary depending on groups)
• Players must arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. and depart no later than 5:00 p.m.
• No childcare service is offered by the AHDP
• Each player must bring their own lunch every day
• The player must have complete hockey equipment
• Storage and drying room available all summer

*The Academy reserves the right to form groups according to the availability and caliber of the young people registered.
