OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Legal notices of the Académie de Hockey des Pros inc.
1. Disclaimer
The Pro Hockey Academy Inc., including its founders, coaches, employees,
partners, agents and representatives, cannot be held responsible for any injury,
loss or damage suffered by a participant during or as a result of a program, and this,
regardless of the cause, including, but not limited to, negligence.

2. Acceptance of risks
By enrolling my child in an Academy program, I acknowledge that I have been informed of the
risks inherent in the practice of hockey, including but not limited to:
Physical injuries (minor, serious, permanent or fatal)
Risks of anxiety or panic attacks
Increased risks in case of fatigue
I consent to my child participating despite these risks.

3. Medical consent
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the AHDP to seek medical care deemed
necessary for my child. I agree to assume all associated medical expenses, whether
occur during activities, while traveling to them or upon returning.

4. Behavior and discipline
Participants must at all times show respect for other children, the
staff and partners of the Academy. In the event of behavior that is detrimental to the good
course of the sessions or the experience of others, the AHDP reserves the right to terminate
to the participation of the young person, without reimbursement.

General Conditions
1. Before the start of activities
The AHDP reserves the right to cancel an activity if the number of participants is
insufficient. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
Programming may be changed without notice.

All participation requires prior registration.
Rates are valid only during the advertised registration period.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
H+ League and AAA League
Cancellation 30 days before start: 20% non-refundable administrative fee.
After the start of the season: no refunds.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Summer and Spring Break Camps
Cancellation 30 days or more before start: $100 fee, remainder refunded or
credited.
Less than 29 days before: no refund.
Weekly replacement: $50 administrative fee.
Clinics (summer, fall, winter, spring)
Cancellation 1 week or more before: 30% non-refundable.
Less than one week: no refund.
Course on synthetic ice
Less than 2 days before: no refund.
$30 fee for any cancellation, regardless of time.
Non-refundable deposit
No refunds will be granted in the event of force majeure (e.g. pandemic, strike,
natural disaster, government decision, war, etc.). The AHDP cannot be held
liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations in such a context.

3. Payment methods
We accept:
Credit card
Electronic check
Cash
Personal Check (A $40 fee will apply for any NSF check)

Please notify the administration at ahdp@ahdp.ca to finalize your registration with
one of these modes.

4. Registration after the start of a program
Registration is after the program begins. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Supervision of children
Children are under the supervision of AHDP staff only for the duration
official schedule of activities. Schedules are communicated by email 1 week before the start
camps.

6. Daycare service
No childcare service is offered.

7. Delays
Any delay of more than 10 minutes will result in a fee of $15 per 15 minutes.

Image rights
By registering my child, I authorize AHDP, its partners and affiliated companies to use
free of charge their image (photos/videos) in promotional contexts (posters, media
social media, advertising, etc.). No financial compensation will be offered.
