Mini-Roster 2020-2021

The H Plus Mini-Relève option is an annual program aimed at the development of young players born in 2020 and 2021. It is in a fun atmosphere that our young players will learn the basic techniques of skating and hockey through different workshops, all in an environment that promotes the fundamental values ​​of hockey such as: respect, ethics and the pleasure of playing.

The AHDP Mini-Relève program includes:

• Balance, position, posture, falling and getting up (no experience required)
• Beginning of push-ups and introduction of basic movements
• More complex movements and movements, beginning of hockey techniques
• 50 minutes of exercises in the form of games
• RATIO 1 coach: 6 players
