Mini-Roster 2020-2021

The H Plus Mini-Relève option is an annual program aimed at the development of young players born in 2019 and 2020. It is in a fun atmosphere that our young players will learn the basic techniques of skating and hockey through various workshops, all in an environment that promotes the fundamental values of hockey such as: respect, ethics and the pleasure of playing.

The Academy is proud to wear the colors of the new NHL expansion team since 2021-2022, the Kraken!

The AHDP Mini-Relève program includes:

• Balance, position, posture, falling and getting up (no experience required)
• Beginning of pushes and introduction of basic movements
• More complex movements and movements, beginning of hockey techniques
• 50 minutes of exercises in the form of games
• RATIO 1 coach: 6 players
