March 31 to June 9 2025

The clinic is aimed at players playing in the M9 (Novice), M11 (Atom) and M13 (Pee-Wee) categories.

DEFENSE

Participants will be able to work on more specific aspects of the defense position. The cutting-edge program is set up by Danny Groulx, a former professional defenseman, with the help of his collaborators and former colleagues so that young people can work on recent techniques adapted to today's hockey world. Give your child the chance to develop and acquire new techniques more quickly with our weekly sessions.

Only 6 defenses per group will be accepted, the warm-ups will be done in symbiosis with the attackers and then the defenses as well as the forwards will be divided to practice exercises specific to their respective positions.

FORWARD

Participants will be able to work on more specific aspects of the attacking position. Emphasis will be placed on skating, shooting, faceoff and puck handling techniques.

The program is set up by former professional forward Joël Perrault so that young people can work on different techniques adapted to today's hockey world. Give your child the chance to develop and acquire new techniques more quickly with our weekly sessions.

Only 6 forwards per group will be accepted, warm-ups will be done in symbiosis with the defenders and then the forwards and defenders will be divided to practice exercises specific to their positions.
